Job summary

Estes-Express-Lines in Massachusetts seeks a professional truck driver to operate tractor-trailers in compliance with FMCSA regulations and company policies. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain logs, and ensure safe handling of hazardous materials where required.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, HazMat/Tanker endorsements, and the ability to lift 70 lbs, with the capacity to work independently or in a team while meeting tight schedules and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse registration.
• Must pass FMCSA medical exam and road test.
• Must reside within 75 miles of domiciled Service Center/work assignment.
• HazMat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements required.
• Must be able to lift ~70 lbs. and operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor/trailer to transport freight in compliance with FMCSA and company policies.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintain logs.
• Ensure safe handling and transportation of hazardous materials where applicable.
• Load/unload freight at customer sites and docks as needed.
• Provide professional service to customers and meet delivery schedules.
