Mesilla Valley Transportation in El Paso, TX is hiring a Local Pickup and Delivery Clerk to support the Local P&D department by verifying documents for all loads in the El Paso yard. The role emphasizes accuracy in order matching and timely communication with carriers and internal teams.

You will review inbound loads, process T-Calls, scan bills, and report issues, while maintaining files and generating daily updates for deliveries.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review inbound loads to ensure information matches the order.
• Process and T-Call loads handled by foreign carriers.
• Scan all bills with associated order numbers.
• Document and report issues with orders or trailer discrepancies.
• File envelopes in the appropriate area.
• Send daily emails on local deliveries with pending appointments.
• Compile information for morning meeting numbers.
• Reconcile yard checks for El Paso, Las Cruces, and Santa Teresa per SOP.
• Respond to email requests for load documentation.
