QXO is hiring a Non CDL Driver responsible for safe, timely delivery of materials to customer locations and job sites. The role combines driving with hands-on loading, unloading, and delivery verification, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

The ideal candidate maintains safety standards, communicates with dispatch and customers, and adapts to weather and site conditions while handling a range of building products.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• The ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card within 30 days.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Prior experience interacting with customers.
• Excellent communication with colleagues, vendors and customers.
• Adaptability to diverse environments and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an F550 or box truck for local deliveries.
• Load, unload and verify deliveries at job sites.
• Maintain regular communication with dispatcher and customers.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Inspect materials for condition and quantity before storage.
• Process pick tickets with loading and verification.
• Inform purchasing, sales and leads about unfilled orders or low inventory.
