Job summary

QXO is a leading distributor and installer of building products, seeking a CDL Driver (Class A or B) to transport materials safely to customer locations and job sites. Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL license in good standing.
• At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Experience operating heavy equipment and driving a manual transmission truck.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform touch-freight tasks when needed, lifting/carrying up to 75 lbs.
• Pre-inspect the truck, load materials, verify load accuracy.
• Notify branch management of potential hazards on site.
• Set up job parameters and inspect sites for safe loading/unloading.
• Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher for timely delivery.
• Follow DOT and company safety procedures and wear PPE.
