Townsquare Media Group in Quincy, IL is hiring Account Executives for a full-time, in-office role. You will own a book of business, bring in new clients, and nurture long-term relationships with existing accounts through consultative, data-driven sales.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales experience, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals, and the ability to present tailored marketing strategies across broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients’ reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
