Qualifications

• Experience with Windows desktop support and hardware.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS and internetworking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Experience with server and communications infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of Intune, SCCM, AD, DHCP, DNS.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for end user to receive support and maintenance for computers and network system.
• Ensure incidents and service requests meet user satisfaction and SLA targets.
• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot printers and hardware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and initiatives.
• Ensure security, compliance, and IT governance adherence.
• Diagnose Windows applications and networking issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide detailed documentation and communicate with IT teams as required.
• Support Data Centre activities and deploy desktop images with WDS.
• Maintain hardware/software inventory.
