Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in Texas and seeking a self-driven professional to own a local territory. You will receive thorough training, including classroom and field components, and work directly with business owners to tailor supplemental insurance solutions.

This role emphasizes autonomy, relationship-building, and meeting quarterly targets. You will manage a pipeline, handle inquiries, and present in-person presentations to groups of 5 to 50+ employees.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your local client base.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects to assess insurance needs.
• Present to individuals and groups, building relationships with business owners.
• Visit new businesses in your territory to develop referral networks and serve existing clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedules and report activity to the sales manager.
• Maintain daily logs of activities and sales progress.
