Job summary

First Chair Destinations seeks a Lead PW Housekeeper to supervise a team of housekeepers, optimize daily operations, and uphold high cleanliness standards across properties. You will participate in cleaning tasks, manage scheduling, and coach staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will coordinate with managers, monitor quality metrics, and assist with budget planning while ensuring safety and efficiency in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry preferred.
• 1–2 years in housekeeping or similar role.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and workflow to boost productivity and quality.
• Inspect cleans and support touch-ups as needed.
• Supervise housekeeping staff, ensure training and policy adherence.
• Foster collaboration and open communication within the team.
• Clean and maintain properties to company standards using approved methods.
• Manage scheduling, supplies, and budget considerations for your portfolio.
• Address guest and homeowner concerns via emails, calls, and tickets.
• Coordinate with Business Development when new units join the portfolio.
