Job summary

Valet Living is hiring part-time Apartment Grounds & Sanitation Porters (Field Services Technicians) to keep communities clean, safe, and running smoothly. You’ll work independently at nearby apartment properties with a steady daytime schedule and a routine you can count on.

You must own either an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle paired with an open utility trailer, have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and be at least 18. A smartphone with data is required to use our work app.

Qualifications

• You must own either an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle paired with an open utility trailer.
• You must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• You must be 18 years or older and able to use a smartphone for our work app.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dumpster areas, trash enclosures, and common spaces to keep communities clean.
• Handle recycling and compost materials per procedures.
• Empty and replace liners in common-area trash receptacles; remove debris as needed.
• Walk properties, climb stairs, and work outdoors to complete porter tasks.
