Valet Living is hiring part-time Apartment Grounds & Sanitation Porters (Field Services Technicians) to help keep apartment communities clean, safe, and running smoothly. You'll work independently, stay active, and see the results of your work every day.

The role emphasizes local work with a daytime schedule and consistent hours. You must own reliable transportation (open-bed pickup or vehicle with trailer) and carry a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must personally own either an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer for job use.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance for the vehicle used.
• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Smartphone with data plan to use our work app and receive updates via SMS.
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dumpster areas, trash enclosures, and common spaces to keep communities clean and welcoming.
• Compact and organize trash using company equipment.
• Handle recycling and compost materials according to procedures.
• Remove debris, sweep areas, and provide general porter services.
• Remove pet waste from designated areas using provided supplies.
• Empty common-area trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Use our mobile app to track work, complete tasks, and confirm service.
• Walk properties, climb stairs, and work outdoors to stay active.
