Valet Living in Plano, TX is hiring part-time Apartment Grounds & Sanitation Porters (Field Services Technicians) to keep apartment communities clean, safe, and running smoothly. You’ll work independently with a consistent daytime schedule close to home.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain dumpster areas and common spaces to keep communities clean and welcoming
• Compact and organize trash using company equipment
• Handle recycling and compost according to procedures
• Remove debris, sweep areas, and provide general porter services
• Remove pet waste from designated areas using supplied tools
• Empty common-area trash and replace liners as needed
• Use the mobile app to track work, complete tasks, and confirm service
