ADP is seeking a Digital Sales Associate in Allentown, PA. You will sell payroll, tax, HR, and benefits to new and existing clients using the latest digital tools.

You’ll partner with CFOs, HR and payroll admins, and business owners at firms ranging from Fortune 100 to small innovative companies, helping them with guidance and building your own book of business. You’ll receive robust sales training, have daily goals, and enjoy autonomy, a set Monday–Friday schedule, and virtual appointments with

Qualifications

• Ability to learn new tools and use real-time data to assist clients.
• Proactive self-starter with time management and professional communication.
• Eager to continuously learn and grow, asking questions to improve.
• Two or more years of sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• Military experience valued for teamwork, resilience, negotiation and trust-building.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by closing sales and meeting goals within the assigned geography.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients through targeted outreach to decision-makers and business owners.
• Deepen relationships within existing accounts to capture additional business and expand the footprint.
