You will manage subcontractors and organize the site, ensuring performance aligns with contract requirements from groundbreaking through closeout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a lead or solo supervisor on projects $5–$20 million or experience as an area supervisor on larger builds.
• Proven ability to manage safety, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control on large-scale projects.
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to contract requirements and project specifications.
• Skilled in building relationships with trades, subcontractors, and project teams.
