Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Driver – CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck and provide timely waste removal services. You will ensure the vehicle meets safety standards and complete daily vehicle condition reports to address any defects.

You will read route sheets, service customers, monitor waste, and maintain productivity while following all safety policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement.
• Experience is preferred but not required for some routes.
• Strong safety and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections.
• Safely operate heavy truck on designated routes and service customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and document VCRs and reports.
• Interact professionally with customers and dispatchers on a daily basis.
