Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck and provide prompt, courteous waste removal services. You will ensure vehicle compliance with safety standards, complete daily vehicle condition reports, and service customers as directed by dispatchers.

The role requires a Class B CDL with air brakes. You will perform pre/post inspections, follow safety policies, and participate in the ReSOP program while maintaining productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement is required.
• Demonstrated ability to perform pre- and post-operation inspections.
• Excellent customer service and professionalism on routes.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a collection truck along assigned routes and service customers.
• Perform complete vehicle inspections and complete required reports (VCRs).
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers, and co-workers daily.
• Maintain safety and productivity standards and follow company SOPs.
