Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck and provide prompt waste removal services. You will ensure compliance with safety standards, complete daily VCRs, and uphold state and federal regulations on every trip.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, route execution, container tagging, and accurate reporting. A strong focus on customer service and time management is required to meet daily goals and maintain safe operations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement.
• Good driving record and safe operation of heavy trucks.
• Ability to read route sheets and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Safely operate truck on assigned route and service customers.
• Load and unload waste at designated facilities and operate equipment safely.
• Tag unsatisfactory containers and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate route productivity records and reports.
