Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking a Mixer Operator to deliver concrete to commercial and residential sites. You will be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring timely, accurate deliveries with a service-first attitude.

Must hold an active Class A or B CDL with a current DOT Medical Card and maintain a safe driving record. This role offers home daily schedules, a team-oriented environment, and opportunities for growth within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record.
• Strong commitment to customer service and SRM values.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to deliver ready mix to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service at each site while representing SRM.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and SRM safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for routing and scheduling.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
