Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is hiring a Mixer Operator to deliver ready mix to commercial and residential sites. You will be the face of SRM on each delivery, ensuring on-time, accurate pours and professional customer interactions.

If you hold a Class A or B CDL with a DOT Medical Card and a strong safety/service mindset, you’ll fit in well. We offer local routes, competitive pay with overtime after 8 hours, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Excellent customer service and representing SRM’s values.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL) to safely deliver ready mix concrete.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service at each job site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and SRM safety protocols.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records; coordinate with dispatch.
