Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking a Mixer Operator to deliver ready-mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You will be the face of SRM on job sites, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries and professional service.

We require an active Class A or B CDL with a current DOT Medical Card, a proven safe driving record, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. You will join a safety-focused, team-oriented culture with opportunities for growth and daily home time.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional representation of SRM.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to deliver ready mix concrete to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service at each site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Maintain delivery records and coordinate with dispatch for routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
