SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking Mixer Operators (CDL drivers) to deliver ready-mix concrete to commercial and residential sites with Class A or B CDL. You will serve as the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record with a commitment to safety.
• Excellent customer service mindset and professional presentation.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.
• Reliable work ethic and teamwork.
• Previous mixer/operator or construction delivery experience is a plus.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready mix safely.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to specs.
• Provide outstanding customer service at each site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and SRM safety protocols.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records.
• Coordinate with dispatch for scheduling and routing.
• Assist with plant/yard duties as needed.
