Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You’ll be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time deliveries and high levels of service, with daily home time.

You need an active Class A or B CDL, a current DOT medical card, a safe driving record, and a strong customer-service mindset. Candidates should be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL A/B) to safely deliver ready mix to job sites.
• Load, mix, and verify concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent SRM Concrete professionally at every site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance checks.
