SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) invites applications for Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix safely and on time. You will be the face at job sites, providing professional service and ensuring accurate loads.

We welcome Class A or Class B CDL holders who are safety-focused and customer-oriented. This role offers home daily shifts and opportunities to grow with a national leader in concrete.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Excellent customer service and professionalism on job sites.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready mix to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs.
• Provide courteous customer service at each site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Maintain delivery records and coordinate with dispatch.
• Support plant or yard duties as needed.
