Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is hiring a Mixer Operator to deliver ready mix concrete with Class A or B CDL, serving commercial and residential sites. You will be the face of SRM on job sites, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries and a service-first approach.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Excellent customer service and representation of SRM values on every job.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
