Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking skilled Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete using Class A or B CDL. You’ll be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on‑time, accurate deliveries with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every site, representing SRM with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for vehicle safety.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect you and others.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records and coordinate with dispatch for routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
