GFL is seeking a Residential Driver to remove waste and recyclables on curbside and backdoor routes in Fort Worth, TX. You will operate a waste collection truck, perform pre-trip checks, and ensure safety standards are met while maintaining customer service on every stop.

You will load, transport, and compact waste, communicate any mechanical issues, and work with supervisors to optimize routes. A CDL and driving experience are required, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Must possess a Commercial Driver's License.
• Minimum one year of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Must meet safety-sensitive criteria per company standards.
• Ability to safely drive truck and operate equipment.

Aufgaben

• Operate residential/recycling collection truck (side-load and/or rear-load) on assigned routes.
• Load solid waste and recyclables into the vehicle and use equipment to compact waste.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain route paperwork.
• Identify and remove prohibited waste items and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report mechanical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with supervisor to improve routing efficiency and safety on the route.
