Job summary

48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking a CDL-A Driver for a Monday–Friday daytime route in Lake City, MN. You will perform local truckload deliveries, primarily drop and hook, and manage trailer movements within a 100–175 mile radius. Expect 1–4 routes per shift in a 53’ automatic truck with 20–26 hour shifts.

Qualifications include 1 year of CDL-A experience, age 23+, valid CDL, and DOT medical clearance. English proficiency required; PSP score and clean driving record are important.

Qualifications

• 1 year of CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Must possess a valid CDL to operate a CMV.
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT physician.
• No disqualifications to drive on record.
• Successful completion of a DOT road test.
• PSP score of 10 or below in last 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR or related fields is preferred.
• Must read, write, and speak English proficiently.

$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS!

As a CDL Driver, you’ll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight!

Hourly Pay:

$30.00/hr with $5,000 sign on bonus ($2,500 paid at 30 days, $2,500 portion paid at 90 days)

Monday - Friday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook

• Deliver and pick up trailers within (100 - 175 miles) making about (1-4 routes) routes per shift

• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for (20-26 of hours) shifts

What You'll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years

• Must be at least 23 years of age or older

• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle

• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician

• No record of being disqualified to drive

• Successful completion of a DOT road test

• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years

• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
