48forty Solutions, LLC seeks a CDL-A driver for local responsibilities in Kansas City, MO. Expect no-touch freight, home daily schedules from 7:30 AM with shifts up to 14 hours, and routes primarily within 40–600 miles on 53’ automatic trucks.

Requirements include 1 year of CDL-A experience in the last 3 years, age 23+, valid CDL-A and DOT medical, and English proficiency. Competitive hourly pay, benefits, and career growth offered.

Overview

As a CDL Driver, you’ll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight!

Hourly Pay:

$25.00/hr

Shift(s):

Monday - Friday:

The start time is 7:30, and the shift can range anywhere from 8–14 hours.

Location:

Kansas City, MO

What You'll Do

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook

• Deliver and pick up trailers within (40-600 of miles) making about (1-10 of routes) routes per shift

• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for (8-14 hours) shifts

What You'll Need

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years

• Must be at least 23 years of age or older

• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle

• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician

• No record of being disqualified to drive

• Successful completion of a DOT road test

• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years

• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
