Job summary

Estes Express Lines is seeking a CDL professional to safely operate Class B equipment and transport freight in compliance with FMCSA regulations. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain required records, and support dock loading/unloading as needed.

The role requires a valid CDL, FMCSA medical clearance, and the ability to work in varying weather and terrain while delivering professional customer service and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class B or Class A CDL.
• Must pass FMCSA medical exam and drug screen.
• Maintain records per federal, state, and local regulations.
• Must reside within 75 miles of the service center/work assignment.

Responsibilities

• Operate various equipment to perform safety functions.
• Safely operate a Class B CDL Straight Truck to transport freight in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report maintenance issues to Fleet Services or supervision.
• Assist with dock loading/unloading when required.
• Provide professional service to customers and the public.
