Job summary

Estes Express Lines is seeking a professional Truck Driver to safely operate tractor/trailer units across routes while adhering to FMCSA regulations and company policies.

You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain regulatory records, and ensure secure handling of loads on a variety of routes and terrains. Candidates must have a valid CDL-A with HazMat and other endorsements, be able to pass medical and road tests, and lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with HazMat and other endorsements.
• Minimum 21 years of age with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Must reside within 75 miles of the service center or work assignment.
• Must pass FMCSA medical exam and a road test.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift ~70 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to drive in diverse terrain and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor/trailer to transport freight in compliance with Company, FMCSA and local laws.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain required records and comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Load/unload freight as needed; assist with dock operations.
• Use in‑cab electronics and reports as required by the company.
