Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a Shuttle Driver to support our Wisconsin distribution network. You will transport empty trailers to warehouse locations, then turn around and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yard locations, operating tandem tractors or straight trucks on intrastate and interstate routes.

This role requires DOT compliance, safety-first mindset, and the ability to work Sunday night through Thursday night with dispatching between 3-5pm.

Qualifications

• 12 months commercial driving experience.
• CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Valid DOT Health Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Clean MVR in past 3 years.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• 3rd shift Sunday-Thursday nights.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Drive and deliver trailers on scheduled routes.
• Ensure proper loading and securing of freight.
• Complete daily hours-of-service logs.
• Communicate with customers/vendors professionally.
• Follow DOT and company safety guidelines at all times.
• Report safety issues or repairs promptly.
