Job summary

Estes Express is seeking a professional CDL-A driver to safely operate tractor-trailers and transport freight in compliance with FMCSA rules and company procedures.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, maintain accurate records, and support dock operations as needed while ensuring hazardous materials are handled safely and securely. A HazMat endorsement is required and related certifications must be kept current.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• HazMat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements required.
• Must reside within 75 miles of the domiciled Service Center and/or work assignment.
• Must pass FMCSA medical exam and road test.
• Ability to operate a forklift (minimum 7,500 lb. vehicle).

Responsibilities

• Operate all types of equipment safely to transport freight.
• Comply with FMCSA regulations and security requirements for hazardous materials.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain and report driving records and unit integrity.
• Provide professional service to customers and safely load/unload freight as needed.
