Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent background.
• 21 years of age or older and one year of driving experience.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License required.
• FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse registration.
• HazMat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements preferred.
• Must meet FMCSA medical and English language requirements.
• Able to drive a tractor-trailer and meet FMCSA time rules.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Reside within 75 miles of the domiciled Service Center or work assignment.

Responsibilities

• Operate all types of equipment and drive in various terrains and conditions.
• Safely transport freight in compliance with laws and FMCSA regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain records.
• Load/unload freight as needed and assist at dock per business needs.
• Maintain security of equipment and cargo and report maintenance needs.
