Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking a delivery driver to service customers across the region. The role emphasizes safe, efficient product delivery, timely loading/unloading, and strong customer interactions.

You will handle paperwork, fuel, and route logs, while ensuring accurate cash handling when payments are collected. Qualified candidates will have a Class A or B license, 6 months to 1 year driving experience, and the ability to lift heavy loads.

Qualifications

• 6 months–1 year driving experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Class A or B driver’s license required.
• Driving record must meet insurability standards.
• Ability to read/speak English sufficiently for reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Load product onto truck as needed.
• Provide good customer service.
• Collect payments as needed.
• Pickup inbound product as required.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip paperwork, fueling, and logs.
• Process paperwork and returns after route completion.
• Communicate issues to customers and management.
