The role emphasizes targets, coaching, and collaboration across campus teams, with a focus on customer service, compliance, and timely follow-through on tasks and paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years sales experience; preference for academic admissions or telesales background.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with students within local state area; uses consultative sales approach to determine goals and motivations.
• Delivers Educational Value Proposition for UTI, NTI and MMI programs to prospective students.
• Communicates policies, processes, and procedures throughout the student life cycle.
• Addresses costs, financing, dress code, curriculum, tutoring, testing procedures, enrollment paperwork, and cancellation policies to aid decision making.
• Conducts follow-up calls across the student life cycle to support student success.
• Participates in campus events and tours prospective students as needed.
• Maintains CRM database to company standards.
• Builds relationships with other campus departments.
• Performs duties in compliance with policies and regulatory bodies.
• Keeps informed on industry trends via training meetings and programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
