Job summary

Concorde Career Colleges is seeking an Admissions Support Representative to remotely assist recruitment and enrollment across campuses. You will interview prospective students, provide accurate admissions guidance, and coordinate with campus teams to meet enrollment goals.

Responsibilities include CRM management, vendor engagement, and timely documentation. A strong customer-service background and five years in related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years in admissions, enrollment, or related field.
• Direct experience building relationships and guiding enrollment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to applicants based on admissions criteria.
• Maintain professional, client-focused communication with students.
• Conduct virtual prospective student interviews per guidance.
• Schedule campus appointments and engage via CRM and vendor resources.
• Meet or exceed enrollment activity and referral targets.
• Adhere to federal financial aid policies in admissions.
• Prepare and submit admissions documents promptly.
• Collaborate with campus admissions staff to support recruitment.
