Job summary

Concorde Career Colleges is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to serve as the campus expert for admissions processes and data management. You will support from inquiry through enrollment, manage documents, and train staff to ensure consistency across the team.

The role offers paid training, tuition waiver eligibility after 6 months, PTO, retirement matching, parental leave, and comprehensive health and other insurance options.

Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Advanced knowledge of database management and data entry is required
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel; experience with CAMPUS VUE, BroadLeaf and CRM is preferred

Responsibilities

• Send daily emails and manage appointment updates as directed
• Schedule campus and virtual HESI exams and handle related communications
• Enter and maintain accurate data in CNex and Conext for inquiries and enrollments
• Process enrollments and track student documents from interview through start date
• Maintain enrollment spreadsheets and update documents
• Support events such as open houses, orientations and start days
• Cover front desk duties and assist with admissions materials and templates
• Train staff on admissions processes to ensure data entry consistency
• Assist with policy and tuition updates and notification of reps
