Job summary
CraneWorks/RentalWorks seeks a Branch Manager for a newly established branch in Lanett, AL. You will lead operations, sales, and safety, building a disciplined operating model and a high-performing team.
The role requires developing customer relationships, managing P&L, and aligning resources across CraneWorks and RentalWorks to drive growth and profitability. Travel to support field operations is required.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in branch management, sales growth, and customer development.
- Experience in crane/equipment rental, transportation, or field services.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business/management preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead branch operations, sales execution, customer service, and team development.
- Build local market presence and develop key accounts in Lanett, AL area.
- Coordinate CraneWorks and RentalWorks resources to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable operations.
- Manage P&L, budgets, and controllable costs; drive safety and compliance across the branch.
- Coach, motivate, and develop staff; establish clear performance expectations and goals.
