Qualifications

• Leadership experience developing a team and building a culture aligned to company mission.
• Mechanically inclined with proven success in rigging, lifting, fabrication, maintenance or transportation execution.
• Financial skills to lead a team in creating and executing a business plan and metrics.
• Project management experience in construction and/or industrial industries.
• Computer software and management reporting expertise for metrics and process enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch as Local Leader, driving sales, operations and financial results.
• Develop and mentor the branch team, aligning culture to the mission and core values.
• Collaborate with other branches regionally and nationally to execute work.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality in all activities.
• Build teams proficient in sales, operations, project management, dispatch, maintenance and facilities.
