Everett and Associates is seeking motivated benefits sales representatives to join our local team in a hands-on, growth-oriented environment. You will work with individuals, families, and businesses to assess needs and provide insurance and benefits solutions designed to protect futures.

Previous sales experience is welcome, but not required. We provide training and resources to help you develop the necessary skills and license the state requires to sell applicable products.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Client consultations – Meet with prospective clients to understand needs and goals.
• Sales presentations – Present and explain available insurance and benefits solutions.
• Relationship management – Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospective customers.
• Business development – Identify new opportunities and build a sustainable client base.
• Follow-up – Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
• Product knowledge – Learn and stay current on available products, services, and requirements.
• Goal management – Work toward individual activity, sales, and performance goals.
• Licensing – Obtain and maintain the state licensing required to sell applicable insurance products.
