Job summary

Everett and Associates is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as benefits sales representatives. You will work directly with individuals, families, and businesses to tailor insurance and benefits solutions that protect futures.

Training is provided, and prior sales experience is welcome but not required. Responsibilities include client consultations, sales presentations, relationship building, and ongoing follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up - Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
• Product knowledge - Learn and stay current on available products, services, and industry requirements.
• Goal management - Work toward individual activity, sales, and performance goals.
• Licensing - Obtain and maintain the state licensing required to sell applicable insurance products.
