Job summary

Everett and Associates is seeking motivated benefits sales representatives to join our local team. You will work directly with individuals, families, and businesses to assess needs and provide insurance and benefits solutions designed to protect financial futures.

This is a hands-on sales role with training provided. Prior sales experience is welcome but not required, as you will receive development resources to succeed in a local environment.

• Follow-up - Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
• Product knowledge - Learn and stay current on available products, services, and industry requirements.
• Goal management - Work toward individual activity, sales, and performance goals.
• Licensing - Obtain and maintain the state licensing required to sell applicable insurance products.
