Job summary

Everett and Associates is seeking motivated benefits sales representatives to work with individuals, families, and businesses, understanding their needs and delivering insurance and benefits solutions designed to protect their financial futures. This is a hands-on sales role with training and resources provided in a local environment.

Preferred candidates may have prior sales experience, though not required, as licensing to sell insurance products is necessary and will be supported through

Responsibilities

• Client consultations - Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and goals.
• Sales presentations - Present and explain available insurance and benefits solutions.
• Relationship management - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospective customers.
• Business development - Identify new opportunities and build a sustainable client base.
• Follow-up - Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
• Product knowledge - Learn and stay current on available products, services, and industry requirements.
• Goal management - Work toward individual activity, sales, and performance goals.
• Licensing - Obtain and maintain the state licensing required to sell applicable insurance products.
