Job summary

Universal Energy Solutions in Pittsburgh is hiring full-time CS and Sales to serve local businesses. You’ll review electricity and natural gas plans, present competitive options, and tailor solutions to fit each customer's needs while growing a personal portfolio of commercial accounts.

You’ll meet business owners face-to-face, travel within a ~30-mile radius, and earn performance-based compensation including commissions and ongoing renewals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
• Recommend energy supplier options based on each customer’s needs.
• Support customers through future renewals and ongoing energy needs.
• Develop new business opportunities between customer appointments.
• Build and grow your own portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30-mile radius of the office).
