KBZK in Bozeman, Montana is seeking an Account Executive to grow local and regional advertising revenue across TV, OTT, and digital platforms. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, deliver multi‑platform solutions, and build lasting client relationships in the community.

Responsibilities include prospecting, needs analysis, presenting customized campaigns, negotiating rates, and managing the full sales funnel with CRM tools. A strong communicator with negotiation skills will thrive here.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline preferred or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of proven sales success preferred.
• Experience in strategic account management and digital execution preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurance when required.

Responsibilities

• Sell advertising solutions to local and regional businesses and agencies.
• Apply SSP to analyze needs and craft customized ad solutions.
• Facilitate digital marketing options alongside TV sales.
• Prospect, book appointments, perform needs analysis, present and close.
• Negotiate rates using ratings data and market trends.
• Serve as trusted advisor, grow accounts, and gain referrals.
• Manage client services, including media negotiations and revenue collection.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor KPI activity.
• Contribute to campaign development and production aspects.
• Build strong client relationships and entertain clients when needed.
• Perform admin tasks and communicate with sales leadership; other duties as assigned.
