Qualifications

BS/BA preferred or equivalent years of experience.
2+ years of proven sales success preferred.
Experience in strategic account management, broadcast ratings and digital execution preferred.
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to provide proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

Sell advertising solutions to local and regional businesses and agencies.
Apply SSP to analyze needs and tailor advertising solutions for ROI.
Facilitate digital marketing options beyond TV ad airtime.
Prospect independently, secure appointments, perform needs analyses and close deals.
Use ratings data and market trends to negotiate rates and maximize revenue.
Build trusted advisor relationships and solicit referrals.
Perform client services including media avail negotiations, presentations, copywriting and revenue collection.
Manage a sales funnel using CRM and monitor KPIs and activity levels.
Support creative development of campaigns and assist in production aspects.
Maintain strong client relationships, including entertaining clients.
Handle administrative duties and update CRM with activity and revenue.
