Responsibilities

• In patrol or fixed posts, help secure assigned areas and monitor access.

• Inform Supervisors of hazards or security issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure visitors remain in designated areas and follow safety policies.
• Greet visitors and provide information about Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place.
• Keep all security-related information confidential.
• Complete and review security reports before shift end.
• Understand emergency procedures and assist during emergencies.
• Conduct routine security checks and monitor CCTV/alarm systems.
• Ensure Lighthouse areas are secured or unlocked as required.
• Perform special projects as needed.

# Lobby Security OfficerTeamOps - Foxborough, MA 02035## OverviewSalary Range$17.15 - $20.75 HourlyPosition TypeFull TimeEducation LevelNot SpecifiedCategorySecurity## Description**SUMMARY:** The security officer assigned to the Lighthouse is responsible for checking in and checking out all of the daily visitors to the Lighthouse and ensuring the safety and security of all activities at the Gillette Stadium Lighthouse. Personnel assigned to this position shall adhere to the following functions/tasks associated with this position.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**1. In both patrol or fixed post roles, help ensure the safety and security of assigned areas of responsibility.2. Screen and monitor all visitors and guests entering the Lighthouse and in designated guest areas.3. During your shift, inform the Command Center Shift Supervisor of any safety hazards or security issues in a timely manner.4. Ensure visitors and guests remain in designated areas and are complying with all safety and security policies.5. Greet and engage visitors and guests in order to enhance their experience through friendly communication, guest services, and providing information related to Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place.6. Keep company information confidential with regards to onsite incidents, procedures, or security technology.7. Accurately complete any and all related reports prior to the end of your shift. All reports must be reviewed by the Shift Supervisor prior to final completion.8. Understand the emergency plan and actively assist in any and all emergency situations.9. Complete routine security checks.10. Assist with CCTV and alarm monitoring.11. Ensure that Lighthouse areas are unlocked or secured as required.12.
