Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking Security Event Staff for TeamOps at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA. This part-time role supports safety, security and guest service across stadium areas during events.

You will screen entry, perform inspections, manage ADA requests, and report suspicious activity to supervisors. Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays is required.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure fan safety and security by entry screening and inspections.
• Conduct secondary inspections to prevent prohibited items.
• Perform pat downs as needed to ensure safety.
• Operate security equipment per protocol to prevent prohibited items entering the stadium.
• Assist guests with ADA requests and accommodations.
• Monitor crowd activities and report suspicious behavior to supervisor.
• Escalate security concerns to supervisor or law enforcement as needed.

SUMMARY

Security Event Staff for TeamOps have the unique opportunity to provide safety, security and service to each and every guest that enters Gillette Stadium. Security Event Staff will work in a variety of areas throughout the stadium and are expected to use their stadium knowledge and familiarity with Gillette Stadium policies to create a culture and atmosphere that creates a safe, positive and memorable experiences for each guest.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure fans safety and security by conducting careful entry screening and inspections. This will include the tactful messaging of prohibited items or non-compliant bags that cannot be allowed into the stadium.
• Conduct a secondary inspection as needed to ensure there are no prohibited items entering the stadium.
• Conduct pat downs as needed to ensure there are no prohibited items entering the stadium.
• Operate the Evolv Machine consistently and follow proper protocols to keep prohibited items from entering the stadium.
• Assist guests with any special requests including ADA questions or accommodations
• You must commit to safety by monitoring crowd activities and report any suspicious activity and/or behavior to your area supervisor.
• Appropriately identify and escalation security concerns to your supervisor or nearest Law Enforcement Officer as needed.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
• Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPPA.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods
• Some positions may require the repeated climbing of stairs
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
