TeamOps in Foxborough, MA is seeking a Lobby Security Officer for the Lighthouse at Gillette Stadium. You will check in and check out daily visitors and help maintain a safe environment for all activities.

Responsibilities include monitoring guests, guiding them with information, reporting hazards, performing routine security checks, and assisting during emergencies. A friendly, calm demeanor and clear communication are essential. The role is outdoors at times and requires year-round presence.

Mansioni

• In patrol or fixed posts, help secure assigned areas and monitor access.
• Screen and monitor visitors and guests entering the Lighthouse and designated areas.
• Inform Supervisors of hazards or security issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure visitors remain in designated areas and follow safety policies.
• Greet visitors and provide information about Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place.
• Keep all security-related information confidential.
• Complete and review security reports before shift end.
• Understand emergency procedures and assist during emergencies.
• Conduct routine security checks and monitor CCTV/alarm systems.
• Ensure Lighthouse areas are secured or unlocked as required.
• Perform special projects as needed.
