Customized Guard Services & Systems (CGSS) are hiring a Lobby Ambassador to greet tenants, guests, and visitors, provide directions, and support access control and safety within a high-rise setting.

You will work with security personnel, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure smooth communication between tenants and management. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and vigilance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assistance to tenants, guests, and visitors.
• Provide directions and information about building amenities and services.
• Address inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Monitor and control access to the building and verify identification.
• Issue visitor passes and maintain a visitor log.
• Report security incidents and coordinate with security personnel.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with evacuations.
• Liaise between management, security, and tenants; relay updates to occupants.
• Ensure the lobby is clean and well-maintained; coordinate with maintenance staff.
