Responsibilities

• Greeting and Assistance: Warmly greet tenants, guests, and visitors upon arrival.
• Access Control: Monitor and control access to the building, verify identification and issue visitor passes as necessary.
• Security and Safety: Conduct regular surveillance and respond to emergencies, coordinating with security as needed.
• Communication: Serve as liaison between management, security, and tenants, and relay updates as required.
• Lobby Maintenance: Keep the lobby clean and coordinate with maintenance staff.
